This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This large family home will sit itself nicely up in the hills with it's surrounded gardens. Plenty of balconies wrapped over will let your sims take in nature. Go inside there is heaps of space for the family to spread out plus room for guests!

The rumpus room on the ground floor will keep your Sims well entertained and would be perfect for parties. Go up a level or two and you're all set to organise your daily family life with everything in easy access.

House Features:
- Double Car Garage
- 5 Bedrooms
- Office
- Rumpus Room
- 4.5 Bathrooms
- Open plan living, kitchen & dining
- Gym with attached sauna
- 4 balconies

Keep in mind, like all my lots, this one is perfectly flat (not sloped or warped) around all four sides so it will be a breeze to place in your neighbourhood.

Hope you all enjoy this lot! Please feel free to leave feedback and clicking the thanks button will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for viewing.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I do like balconies, the more the better! The grey color scheme is very nice, calm and soothing, and really makes the nature view from the large windows pop.

Oh my gad! Everything's so cleverly done. The landscaping is top-notch and the scale of this house leaves me overwhelmed. I'm glad to see you're diverting from the modern houses to more 'classic' themes if i may say. I am also amazed at the rate of quality lots you produce. Thank you...
