Spanish Revival

Yay, my first Sims 4 house!

It took a while to get used to the game, but when I got (somewhat) used to it, it was easy to use.

The house has two full bathrooms, and one half. It has two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. I had originally planned on having a large open two storey foyer, but I wasn't able to figure out how to do this. The small additional bedroom is basically just a workaround, but hey, an addon bedroom can always come in handy.

The interior is quite simple and, well, brown. The outside is inspired by spanish revival homes. The house was supposed to have a mix of hipped and gabled roofs, but as this isn't possible at this moment, I had to do another workaround. The all-gable roof did turn out very nice though!

The house costs 69,000 simoleons, and sits on a 20x30 lot.

Have fun!

Nice, simple exterior, very realistic. I nabbed it for my game. I would have liked a few more pictures in the presentation, though, since the playability of the floor plan is a big decision point for me.

Two people have commented on this; doesn't the two last pictures show up for you guys? Or do I have to make more detailed floor plans? I don't understand what you are refering to
