well than fear not as this modern mid century house is only 1 story high so no need to climb those tall stairs any more even though the house is 1 story it's very spacious and you can easily add a fourth bedroom if needed . the house exterior is mid century

but the interior is modern and new with flat screen TVs , Computers and much more .

the kitchen has been renovated and now has modern steel and wood counters , a shiny new electric stove and refrigerator and even a bar for entertaining guests

each bedrooms has a nice new comfy bed and the master bedroom has an en-suite modern bathroom complete with a tub and a shower

there is a decorative pool in the courtyard and seating area for your sims to enjoy morning coffee outdoors . the house is CC free and fully furnished

how to install

This file seems to be corrupt; I've redownloaded it and reinstalled it several times, but each time I click on it in my library it says it can't find the file.

Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
