Are the sofa cushion and the gorgeous black and white photos Maxis? I didn't think they were, but maybe I just need to reinstall some SPs. :D

Yep, they're all Maxis! The sofa is from the IKEA SP, not sure about the photos. I build with nothing but Dolphin's ControlThisSim hack loaded, so there's no cc in my lots at all

I can't tell the bookcase where TV stand (I have every SP and EP installing).. how did you make it ? i mean, do you put more of objects on the same place? the house is very nice and practical (-:

I find that smaller lots are easier to play. I really like the look of this lot and how you used the space. I am going to download to see how it plays in game. Thank you for sharing it.
