I'm having trouble finding the custom content downloaded. I put it in the mods file under Sims 4 (users/documents/electronic arts/Sims 4/Mods). I believe this is the correct file location, and there is a resource.cfg in the mods file as well. Do you have any advice?

Do you have trouble finding it in-game? They should be either on the skin details (witht he freckles and such) section or on the face paint section (under the blush makeup section), depending which one you have downloaded. The location you pointed seems to be right, so I really don't know what could be wrong, sorry.
