unnecessarily large traditional-style starter here! five bedrooms sleep the max number of sims without expansion. plenty of backyard space for backyard stuff and things. lots of potential places for sims to sit, pee, or be generally useless. pretty sparsely furnished and landscaped, but hey! five bedrooms.

the second story is pretty easy to expand onto though i can't promise you won't hate messing with the roofs.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:
  • Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
