Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
When my Sims traveled they got a bit bored staying at the base camp in Shang Simla, they also missed their friends and got tired of some family members never coming home, so they built Three Bridges in Sunset Valley! Three Bridges is so called because there are three bridges in the grounds of the house, each one leading to a different part of the pretty garden. The water around the house is alive with water fountains and the splashing of the Koi, it's very peaceful here.

The home has two bedrooms sleeping four sims and ample bathrooms (two full bathroom upstairs and a powder room downstairs). The gardens are the main feature of the house and there is a hot tub to enjoy as well as Koi fishing from the deck. All in all it makes a nice vacation home for any world.

There is no Custom Content used on this lot.

Happy Simming!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

As far as I remember the roof pieces come from World Adventures, you find them in the Outdoors section under Roof Decorations

That's really a wonderful house: simple and great at the same time and absolutely elegant. Thank you so much, dear!

Me gustó mucho, el único problema es la escalera, un anciano no podría subirlas, por lo tanto debería hacer reformas o mudarse, así que no es una casa para cualquiera.

@strangulo sorry your sim is having trouble with the stairs, I assume you mean the bridges. Many times sims have to be guided over bridges at first until they 'learn' how to use them. Perhaps you could try this. I play test my lots extensively and none of my sims had problems

Thank you so much! Making this house must have taken quite a bit of time. I don't think I could ever muster the patience and creativity. XD

Very nice! I sort of hate the base camp in China, glad to have stumbled on this today!
