This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
These are four decorative coat racks from the base game turned into functional dressers.

Found in Function > Storage > Dressers and Room > Bedroom > Dressers for the same price as the decorative ones. These are custom catalogue objects with added custom tuning; they contain no textures or meshes (everything but the COBJ/OBJD is referenced from the deco racks) and are thus very lightweight. The original deco objects are unchanged (i.e. this is not an override -- if you want a dresser, get it from Dressers). If you have texture overrides for the deco racks, these will pick them up too.

The zip contains four separate packages so you can pick and choose which one/s you want.

s4pe, ModdingToolkit, Notepad++.

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

You always have the best ideas! Thank you, things like this allow me to have small houses. I hate for all of my Sims to have to live in barns.

Thanks for these. I am experiencing a slight problem with these objects. The fact I don't see anyone else mentioning the same problem has me a tad worried. In build/buy mode, when I click on them to chose a recolor, I get a "script call failed" message. I don't usually have any other cloned objects in the game. But today I downloaded another cloned object from another website. It is a clone of the career objects pie chart flip board thing. The creator put some nice paintings on it, and I thought it would look nice in the art gallery. But it's doing the same thing as yours. I get the same script call failed when trying to choose recolors. Any ideas?

That is standard behaviour for all CC objects currently; nothing unusual. You need to select your colour choice from the catalogue, non in-world.
