This is a replacement CAS Background for your Sims4 game.

NOTE:
You can only Use one CAS BACKGROUND at a time.
Put only one package in your mods folder and just take it out and replace it with another when you want to use a different background again.

Sorry I still don't know how to make that kind of background, but I came across this awesome creator and she makes even greater backgrounds...perhaps you can send her request

Unzip the ".package" file into your mods directory. By default its in your "documents." In Windows 7 it's something like Current_User/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods .

You can do this with basically any .package file, however If you see a .pyo file than don't extract the .pyo just place the zipped folder that contains the said file into your mods folder. If you download a Lot from MTS than you need to extract that into your "Tray" folder, which is in your Documents as well. Current_User/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray

Hope this helps any.
