This is a small starter, furnished for 1‒2 sims with a small empty spare room.

It is very sparsely furnished to keep the price under 20.000, but all of the basics are included.

Installation: Unzip and put the package in /Mods. See here for how to package lots (this works the same way for sims). To uninstall, delete the package ‒ if you “delete” a lot from the Library, it is only being hidden and will remain hidden if you decide to re-download. See also this post (same thread):

Your floorplans always look extremely "studied", carefully composed! This is perfect, thanks.

If you don't see it in your Library check the "Custom Content" tickybox at the bottom left. The game regards anything as "Modded" when the creator has CC in their game, even when it's not used.

Re. the roof, what do you mean exactly? If you take it apart in Build Mode you should see how it's constructed.

I think you meant the shape of the roof. If you happen to see this, there is a round shaped knob on the roof along with the arrows. Grab that knob and adjust it either way for a domed shape or inverted curve like on this roof.
