Contemporary ranch house with elements from many different styles.

Being a ranch house, it's naturally a one-storey house.

The floor plan is quite simple, with this being the setup from left to right: Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. The living room has an open plan, meaning the kitchen, dining room and living room are all in the same room. There are two equally sized bedrooms, one is the master and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

There's no garage on the lot, but there are two parking spots in the driveway. Both the front and backyard are landscaped. In the backyard you will find a patio, a pool and a barbeque area.

Lot info

I didn't really pay attention to how much money I spent on this house, so for its size it's quite expensive. It sits on a 30x30 lot, and costs 46,000 unfurnished, and 83,000 fully furnished.

I rarely use mods, and when I do, it's only good mods that I recommend for everyone. For this house, I used two windows from Nordic Windows - 5 New Windows by Lisen801:

- Nordic Window Normal "Panoramic"
- Nordic Window Normal without Crossbars

As always, let me know if you have any suggestions, requests, etc - or if you experience any issues with the lot.

Have fun!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

Big fan of this. The entrance is so inviting. The back of the lot looks very fun to play as well.
