I was considering this when I made these shirts, but it's not a case of simply enabling them for females. As the body is literally attached to the clothing, if I simply clicked the box to enable them, your female sim would have a very male torso. I may still make a conversion, as I quite like this shirt, but it'll take a bit of time as I'm still learning the ins and outs of meshing.

I know, the meshes are all different and stuff. But I hope you do it anyway since this is the one big thing my Sim doesn't have yet. I want her to have a specific style and a sweater-shirt combo like this would be a pretty big part of that.
