This grand estate belonged to the powerful Wandergrifs who built their fortune in real estate! Mr. Wandergrift built this estate to show their wealth and power in the land! And the fourth generation of the family still summers here!

As you approach this massive historic estate you are greeted by a beautiful white picket fence. as you walk through the gate you are welcomed by a warm wraparound porch which is beautifully detailed along with the exterior. A three story tower greets you upon arrival.
Beautifully detailed hardwood floors throughout. Each room is unique.
As you walk through the beautiful front doors you will be escorted back in time when to a very grandiose age of beauty and sophistication! From the grand foyer to the kitchen each room harkens back to the splendorous Victorian age here in the United States!

A well appointed pool and lovely detailed gazebo are also on the grounds.
Also a 4 car garage with bonus space above.

This is the floor plan I based the house from:

First floor includes:
Living room
Dining room
Grand entry
Kitchen/family room
LR, DR and parlor have fireplaces

Second floor includes:
4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths
Each bed has its own fireplace

Third floor is empty to be filled to your Sims heats desires.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love interesting houses in real life and in The Sims. Not sure if this fits in with any towns I've currently got but I'll enjoy exploring it and completing the top floor.
