Changes: 13/3/16 - Removed second clothing rack away from window in Bedroom 2 - Picture & furnished file updated

This is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom house for a small family or couple.
I love the garden the most because I was able to fit a pool into the house
I don't know if you can tell from my houses....I build by colour themes :P
I hope you guys like this house and please leave a thanks

*I know the bed placements are weird but I wasn't sure how to re-arrange
it without removing and moving walls. But you can do that if you want to*....This mod might be helpful

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

@SheGamerReloaded Cute house, thank you There is a wardrobe in front of a window, can you rearrange and replace the image please

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!

It is a very cute house, I really like the yard and the general atmosphere

But the placement of the double beds is a little weird. Can Sims really access the side of the bed that's blocked by the corner wall? If not, you should probably link to Inge's inaccessible beds mod (third mod on the list). I'd place it all the way to the wall and free up some floor space, or make the hall with the stairs one tile shorter on each side, so you don't get the corner that's blocking the way.

I've updated the furnished package file for the other things needed to be changed and put a little note in the description about the double bed and linked the mod. People can change whatever they want with the house but next time I build, I'll take this into consideration. Thank you so much for the advice. It means a lot

Cute and spacious. I love the bright colors you use for exteriors. I do appreciate getting the house unfurnished too.

Thank you for including an unfurnished version. I think I can fit an accessible double bed in at least one of the bedrooms.
