We all know them. That couple of hippies who built a highly fashionable house back in then 70's, and then never changed anything ever again. A time capsule house; so out of date that it is cool again.

The oranges and browns are not to be avoided, and so are the rough slate slabs, the open fire, the pop art, the patio pond, the aquarium and the bold abstract sculptures.
And then of course there is that relic from the time when people still gathered just to talk to one another. The conversation pit! It's coming back into fashion now...Everything old is new again!

Lot Size: 30x20
Lot Price (furnished): 103.918
Lot Price (unfurnished): 34.812

Update- after installing the restaurant pack, I experienced an instability problem. I rebuilt the house and it should be fine now. If you experience crashes while in build mode, make sure you have the latest version.

Thanks to everyone on Modthesims for all the help, information, and inspiration!

For those who want to try two different floorlevels for themselves, there is a good FAQ HERE
Also, I made use of the "bb.moveobjects on" cheat to place the overlapping couches.

I don't know, CJ, but as I put this lot together quite a while ago I suppose it may work. Maybe just try it?
