Small starter family home with some little plants to decorate the house.
Suitable for 3 sims

Note: Lot price is about $19651 on 20x15 lot , if you place on bigger lot, You may have a little 'kaching' cheat for your sims as the lot price go beyond $20.000

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

Wow! Perfect timing! Yesterday I was looking for a nice, two bedroom house for this size lot.
I'm going to download it, and I'm going to take that upstairs bedroom wall out. I think the whole upstairs could be my Sims' bedroom.
