Corner's Apex, my first ever upload, is a small (2x2) sized, fully furnished apartment block capable of housing 4 families.

The lot is imagined to be placed at the inside of the street corner, so the road can "compliment" the design, although it can be placed on the straight street as well.

Even though they are modest in size, the flats are all equipped with double sized beds and all the basic necessary furnishing, with each flat having it's unique design.
Despite the fact that the building has 4 balconies, (had to "google" plural of balcony ) 3/4 units actually have access to them, with one having 2, and one having none!

The double balcony apartment:

The only shared section of the lot is a small concealed garden with some benches for relaxation.
Rents range is somewhat cheap, so the flats can be considered starting homes.

Since this is me breaking the ice, I'm looking forward to any feedback you can give.
Happy Siming to those who happen to grab it!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Thanks for this lot. Very pretty. Was too small, so I turned it into a residence and have a small family living there. I kept the basic shape and added some stairs and kept most of the colors. Make another one only bigger!
