Right now I am currently doing my best to fill the empty lots in Riverview with some nice houses. I put a few of my older houses down, and have built a few new houses to add to the neighborhood as well! This finished result is the fourth house in my Aspen Grove series, and is a callback to the original Aspen Grove house that I built way back in fall 2015!

This house is a new build but features a flipped (mirror image) layout of the original Aspen Grove floor plan. Despite this, the two houses are pretty different in terms of style. I also flipped where the living and dining rooms are to further differentiate the houses. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom as well, which is not a part of the original house.

All my Aspen Grove houses (but especially this home and the original one) look nice when placed right next to - or across the street from - one another. Definitely a suburban/tract housing vibe going on there. I like it a lot, actually, and I hope you do, too!

There is one piece of CC: a brown roof with white trim. No CC other than that! In keeping with the style of the original home I made sure to keep this house BASE GAME ONLY!

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

I love the home! When the sims goes to the second floor, she seems like she is walking in the air and then goes thru the floor and back to the first floor when attempting to do anything on the second floor. Could it be a glitch?

Did you have moveobjects on and pick your sim up and move them at any moment? I know that is an extremely common glitch that can cause your sims to do that. Either that or resetsim [first name last name] can also glitch sims, too. I just playtested again and there was no problem whatsoever in my game

Beautiful lot. I love how you did the fireplace in the dining room. Very unique.
