Based on a background home found in Newcrest. You will notice some modifications in my build to compensate for what appears to be items on the outside I couldn't replicate with in-game items. Also my first look of the home I couldn't get a good view, and only after working on another project did I get a better view. I also wanted to extend the back to give it a bit more of a porch/patio feel; a place to put a rocking chair and relax.

Two bedrooms upstairs but a third room could be easily added on if one needed. A more open downstairs plan with two fireplaces, one in the sitting room and another in the dining area that is in its own cubby for more personal visits. Modest landscaping which allows sims who move in to make the revived home their own.

This home was made with only base game items, so everyone can enjoy!
