I. Am. Gobsmacked. Realised about halfway through the pictures that my jaw was just hanging. So much imagination and creativity and no, my rig could never handle this lot, but wow I'm just... yeah, I'm gobsmacked.

Love the finished product! Almost broke my poor comp, but I managed to get a look at the different apartments - I like, how some of the suggestions from the thread got incorporated! Of course, the story makes discovering this lot even more interesting. As for playing - eh, next christmas perhaps, when I finally manage to ge a new computer...

How you manage to top your previous creations, I'll never know. But what I do know is that you build some fantastic and wonderful lots. You're right, I wouldn't dare take this beast into my game. But it sure looks pretty!

Just amazed at what you can do with no CC, but I'm missing some of the SPs. And your story is quite a teaser.

Yes, yes, YES. All these images are raining on me like early Summer monsoon storm on dry land. I'm wondering how to label your style: cyber-noir? or Futuristic noir? Certainly has a "noir" sub-vibe.

You're a genius. The way you use in-game content in such creative ways is amazing.

Amazing, as usual. Great job! That backalley looks very realistic, I'm amazed - actually no, from you it was expected .
2 million? That's probably a world record. Thankfully, I also have a beast of a PC, so I'm sure it won't have any problem handling it. But my condolences to any old PC who tries to load this lot.

@Yvelotic2001, it very well might be- not only have I never seen another lot with that high a price point, I haven't even seen one come within $500,000 of it! Glad you think you've got a computer powerful enough to handle it- I hope some people are still able to get enjoyment out of playing this lot, even if most can only just look and steal ideas!

This is absolutely awesome! You are a great storyteller as well! I love all of your lots but I have one question: How do you use up so many walls without hitting the limit of walls you can have on one lot?
I'm always trying to create large lots similar to this one but after a while, the game won't let me add any more walls.

@Geminiasp , this lot is actually right at the wall limit- I don't remember 100% whether you can add another wall or if I even used that last slot up... and quite a few of my lots have been at or near that limit as well. Eventually you kind of get a feel for where the limit is, and how to make sure you're not starting a project that the game won't let you finish.

There is a little trick that does involve Custom Content, but ends up with no CC on your lot and lets you actually circumvent the wall limit:

1.) Install Numenors unleveled walls from here: http://modthesims.info/d/59793
2.) Install Mootildas (R.I.P.) Convertiwall program from here: http://www.modthesims.info/d/327132...an-13-2010.html

After using up your regular walls, exit the game, run convertiwall and change the index of all the normal walls to unleveled walls (90). If you reenter the game, the normal walls are now all unleveled walls, which means that they should still look the same, and you can add up to an additional 2000 normal walls. Once finished, exit the game and change all the unleveled walls back to normal walls (1) - now all the walls despite breaching the 2000 wall limit are normal walls.

Note: I don't know if this method has any negative side effects - after all, there is probably a reason for a 2000 wall limit...

It is impossible to play on this site. The game freezes tightly after loading and you have to restart again. I do not know what requirements the PC needs to load this lot. Me: GTX 760 RAM 8gb

Absolutely STUNNING. I've only been to New York City once, but this reminds me thoroughly of it. My computer is far too weak to run this lot, so I will just sit here and admire it. Wonderful work.

This is my favorite creation! This is amazing and completely conveys the atmosphere of cyberpunk! It is a pity that my computer begins to lag when you enter this lot. I love cyberpunk very much, thank you for your work!
