This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

Hi everyone, this fireplace works just like a Maxis fireplace. It installs in a similar fashion to my modular stairs, and I've included a README file in the download to help you get it set up. Make sure you read that first. Should work for everyone, with or without the University EP.There are 8 built-in recolours and the polygon count is very low.
