I don't know if you saw the same thing, but I can tell you that the dress is made by me, and the sim, too. This means that someone is stealing my work, which sucks alot

I believe that the mesh needed for this gown is called mesh_biene_ballgown_tranz310705 and is much easier to find at pronupsims.net than at Sapphire Sims - it's in the section titled 'The Bride' under 'Gowns' and is the first mesh by Biene that you'll find when scrolling to the right (the navigation on that site is a bit wonky, so be patient). I hope this helps!
