Hello, I was having difficulty finding this mesh myself, but I did a little further digging on the Sims Graveyard and found that it was under the "clothing" category instead of "clothing-meshes." Here is the link: SimChic_SimChic_MidCalfDress.rar (just look for that file name on the page and everything should work out). Hope that helps!
