Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

I like it! Quite spacious but not a lot of room to expand! Very good decoration on the outside, but I'm not so sure that driveway needs to be so massive?! Good job!

Yeah... alright, you can PM me to request a house I suppose... Might take a while though as forewarning...

The house has four bedrooms and 5 baths. I had two adult couples each with their own cars. so that was 4 cars, plus, I am sure you want to be able to accomodate visitors, lol. Really, the double car garage is toward the back of the house, and you need a driveway to get there. The house doesn't need to expand because each room is hugh, and there are plenty. Anyway, the first floor is entirely ready, complete with full kitchen and all furniture. It's really a great house.

Please continue to leave comments. I love getting them. Thank you. Houses are so much more time consuming than recolors because, listing all the links to the meshes of furniture you use is time consuming, and frustrating. That is why I usually just do buy objects. But anyway, I hope you all enjoy it.
