One thing I don't understand is: why is it called "The Sorcerer's Stone" here in some places and "The Philospher's Stone" in others? Why the change?

I think it's called the Sorcerer's stone in the US. But the original title is "The Philosper's stone" and we can only get the one from england in sweden.
But agree, why do they change?
