I like this...can this house have an extra level? I need a double story house that is a starter, the other ones havent been what I was looking for.

I need small houses cause my computer can't handle big ones, and since I'm not (yet! ^^) very good at creating practical homes, I'm always looking for houses like this one to download... so thanks a lot!

Well ... the house downloaded without any problems. This is no small feat. I had a string of attempts once where I managed to only successfully download one out of eight houses I tried! The other seven crashed my game, even though they allegedly didn't need expansions.

It's a good, basic, no-nonsense house that has ROOM. It's not a mega-download full of custom content. Simplicity is nice sometimes. The house is also expandable. There's room to enter that extra bathroom or small guest room. The house also works just fine with the base game. There aren't all that many houses that don't need expansions.

But I DO have one problem. The list price on my house is 801,793,644 Simoleans! I can't move anyone in there! So regretfully, I have to bin it until the price comes down.

Is there any way I can change the house price in SimPE? I couldn't find where to do it.


PS. This is odd. When I bin the house and then move it back in my neighborhood, the price goes down to 12,765 Simoleons! That is SOME discount!

Anyway, if anyone else has this problem, just move the house to the bin and try again.

I have no idea how that could have happened...it sounds kinda wierd to me, mabye you need to update TS2. If you have, mabye you downloaded something that might affect it like a hack or something.

I love these houses too! Please keep up the good work. I love small houses that look good too, and are functional. They aren't easy to make so I would love to download some more from you! love it!
