This is a neighborhood object, right? I thought OFB already had a carousel in the neighborhood objects? Is that carousel the same with this one? Or they're practically different?

If you read the previous posts you will see that this was released before the EP that made this available in-game, and that this version is able to be placed on lots and is visible from inside lots, which the game version is not.
