I LOVE IT! It's perfect for my main Sims family! I will use the basment as a beauty shop! I may even do a feature sims film in it, ya never know.... :D

Abennier, in Compact II post (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=154345) Corvidophile2 explained what's happening:

"You can fix the flood by simply moving the lot to a higher location in the neighborhood ,the flood will disappear.It might happen with basement lots.No worries.Just play aroudn with moving the lot, eventually you will find a place where it wont flood( usually near mountains, certainly not near sea level)"

I settled my fav family into this lot
It is very convinient but I replace the slow maxis elevator with Shaklin;s one
