so please can you build downtown houses with bitumen terrain ?

Yes WhiteCloud, I'm thinking about that lately. I intend to build some urban and country lots from now on, just for change. But the bitumen terrain is not a natural soil of the game, is it? Would I have to apply a ground cover?

Yes, I intend to offer compact community lots and shops based on OFB. I'm gathering material and ideas to build them.
