Hey all,

I've spent a little while creating a nice Victorian house, hopefully for ya'll to enjoy. I was browsing the internet and found this houseplan, and thought "I MUST make this." So I did, and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I have.

Anyway, this is a large, bona fide Victorian set on a large lot (5x4, I believe), begging to be placed in your neighborhood. It has five bedrooms and three full baths. It features a spacious parlor (with fireplace), gourmet kitchen, a master suite, a seperate formal dining room, and ample space to enjoy the family. Outside is a deck (perfect for entertaining), and a large swimming pool.

At only §218,000, this house is a bargain! Have your sims contact their local real estate agent today! that the sales pitch is over, let's get down to a few details. Feel free to do nearly whatever you want with it--however, please do not upload it anywhere. Aside from that, use it in movies, albums, whatever!

Custom Content Details: I am very pleased to be able to say this lot contains no custom objects, hacks, or any other user made materials.

Update: Unfortunately, after uploading this I was playing in this house and realized that the downstairs bathroom toilet does not work because of its placement on the angular wall. I have since moved it and updated the file on here, which is pending approval. I apologize for any inconvenience, but urge you to revisit whenever possilbe. Thanks.

Thanks for viewing!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

No, it does not. I will warn you: In its current incarnation, one must relocate the toilet on the first floor away from the angled wall in the master bath (sorry, I didn't realize this until it was too late). I will be uploading an updated version later this evening, as I am currently away from my PC.

So, look for v1.1 later tonight! Again, my sincerest apologies.
