Well, I'm afraid I too am having the "Magenta Mystery". I have all the EP's also, and the latest CEP. This is the only object in my game with this issue. Perhaps a more seasoned modder would take a look at it for you? I do hope this will be fixed, it's an absolutely beautiful object. Thank you!

Ok, I'll post it in the help thread (or whatever its called) when I'm run out of ideas. Though I still got one idea so maybe I'll manage to fix it myself...only I've got a problem with my sims-computer at the moment so it could take a bit longer

Mine is also a lovely purpleish shade. I am going to keep the files though, give it a few more tests. Hope it's fixable- I LOVE this!

Hey, sorry for the long absence.
thought I'd tell you I'm right at the problem, but dont have the time to fix it, atm. I bought a new computer and - guess what - I got the "Magenta Mystery" (like rjwp put it so nicely

), too! I did some testing while I was at home and think I know how to work around it...now the only thing I need is time (am moving into my own flat next weekend and not at home whole week...so it could still take a while

).
But as I said, I'm not letting you down (especially now, when I cant see it myself

)

Congratulations on the new computer and flat! I think I may have to do a story with that title, LOL. Take your time, real life ALWAYS overides the game in my opinion. We'll be ready and waiting for you.

The very first time I ever dl'd this it worked fine. I ended up losing all my files (comp crash) and have since been getting back all my sim dl's. It's the second time around that I get the "magenta" walls. The doors are fine tho.
