This download needs to list the expansion packs required. According to the download, it only needs the main game, but when I go and attempt to install it, it says I need expansion pack data that is not installed. The original poster apparently has all exp packs, so that does me no good. Just a suggestion, it would be better and I would not have wasted as much time downloading this if I knew I couldn't install it.

I didn't use things from expasion packs. Try to install Clean Installer. I didn't know this program that time so I couldn't take out problematic part.

Here is the problem I recognized:
If I attach the beard to your Sim (wich is'nt automatically atached, if I choose the pre-configured Sim), the beard is floating some centimeters under the chin.

I then tried to atach it to an Standard-Maxis-Sim, where I recognized the same phenomenon.

Next I cancelled the building of this Family-Member and startet a brandnew Family-Member project, where I directly jumped to the Beard-Section.
I atached the beard to this Sim and here it fitted in the correct height.

Here I first recognized an other Phenomenon of your beard:
Each Standard-Maxis-Beard animates correctly if the Sim is moving his mouth for grinning, smiling blushing and so on, but your's is not moving at all.
Instead it statically hangs around like a wooden sculpture.

I'm no programmer/coder etc., but for my eyes it looks like you forgot to animate the beard at all, cancel me wrong if I am. Possibly I made an installation-Mistake at my side, maby you or sombody else could post a correct filelist if my has wrong files.

Everything else works correctly and looks astonishing real (my former Girlfriend squeeked loudly, because she is in flames for this Person *grin*).

A Captain Jack Sparrow without a beard is just a half Jack Sparrow!

Please help me with this problem.

The Beard was NOT made by the uploader of this sim (made by Necrodog)...however just adjust the Brow down a little bit til it touches the beard and all looks good

And TY for this sim...looooove it...and superb job at recreating Johnny Depp :D
