That is why I made them! I have in-laws from Afghanistan and I made an Afghan Sim family, the Simzadas, but there was nothing remotely like what my mother-in-law wears available for Sims....thus my dresses for old ladies.

Funny, I did not think anyone would like these outfits, but they seem to have a good reception. Perhaps I'll try some more "realistic" old lady* clothes.

I use this term in its original meaning ... an elder who is a Lady (proper and respectable). She can ride on a motorcycle, but only if properly dressed in a ladylike fashion.

LOL

These are similiar to what my gram wears. If I can get any decent recolours, I will have you to thank!

And, I love your creations as well. They will be seeing lots of use!!

This is really great! I have been looking for new meshes to recolour and this is perfect. I might even end up doing some recolours. Thank you so much for making and shearing it

These are perfect. I have a few elder ladies I will be using as cleaning ladies and nannies, this will make them look appropriate.

Demand says little about quality. I think its a fantastic mesh and the recolors are great. It's very needed because our sim elders are so often overlooked when it comes to clothing.

There are many modern and colourful elder outfits out there that are not tasteless or anything, but this is so different! This is perfect for my older (70+) elders with an upperclass, respectable look.

Bettye, this elderly female set is Excellent! They look like the women in my family. The simplicity and the understated elegance is what you don't find very often in real life, much less the Sims 2 game. Thank you very much for sharing these, I'll put them to good use. I'm glad I ran across this post.

These are absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for making realistic clothing for elders! The texture on the sweaters looks perfect. I was trying to create an elder male sweater yesterday and finally gave up after about 12 tries. Yours, on the other hand, are just right!
