WOW Those are awesome! I have never thought about those type of lights (since there are the hanging ones in the game), but man those seem a lot better then the hanging ones!

Thanks!

These are brilliant! They're another one of those things I never knew I needed but now that I've got them they're staying in my game forever.

Thank you for sharing ^^

Default Thanks
Thank you all for the nice comments. I love to create objects and please everyone with the outcome. I just wish I had more time to create more, but I can only do alittle at a time.
Obsessisim, I like your avatar. My avatar is one of our family pets. His papers say he is supposed to be a sheltie but but he is really big for being one.

Great new ceiling light! Do you have any plans to make recolors for jgwhiteus' ceiling tiles - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=42789 - or do I have to download your tiles?

Default no recoloring for jgwhiteus' ceiling tiles
alkaloid,

No I do not have any plans to recolor jgwhiteus' ceiling tiles. I downloaded them a while ago and had problems with them in the neighborhood and lots making it freeze up or the time would stop and people not move in the lots but there was sound, so I got rid of them and about a week ago I got the notion to do my own. So no, I do not plan on recoloring his tiles when I can't use them in my game.

Hi, got me long to find this thread again. I didn't remember the title.
Have a question - is your ceiling tile able to be seen from outside - I mean from the hood view.
Reason: I'm needing desperately any kind of roof cover that can be placed on the last tile rows on a lot. I'm building some constructions that should look like they are all part of the same house. The problem is that it is not possible to place roof over the last row. I got some tall fences that can simulate a wall but no tiles to put on the top to simulate continuity.
Anything could be used - flowers, lamps or whatever cause the space is not to be physically used - it is just to simulate continuity.
I cannot place a picture of what I wish cause I'm not allowed to post pictures or whatever here. But I have already the buildings that are exactly the same look and connect to each other, but all of them have a row in both sides that remain open.
I thank for any help or suggestion you could give me. If something already exists anyone can send me a link via PM and I thank beforehand.

Tested yesterday and answered my own question. No, unfortunately it cannot be seen from the hood view. Not from the "see the neighbor" view either. Pity, it can fill up the last rows but it will not fill up the look of my geminated houses.
Thanks anyway.
