This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Hi guys!!
This is my first upload here,so, I'm sorry if my english isn't very good.
I bring this cathedral, more or less Notre Dame, I hope you enjoy!

SIZE LOT: 3 X 5

The custom content is this:
-Buttresses and rosette window are by magic modders
www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=99584&c=1
-Long window by Moon_Ez in http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=94095
-Gargoyle by Gromit in http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=87294
-Pot with a small tree by Numenor in
http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=138677
-CandleStick Floor Lamp in http://www.holysimoly.com/index.cfm?go=home.objects

If you clean with clean installer, you will see that there are some files with names in spanish, so:
-Rosette window is called "Pack Iglesia-rosetón"
-CandleStick Floor Lamp is called:"Candelabro de pie holisimoly para castillos(es lámpara)",

You must download the meshes!!!!!
but don't worry because I'm sure that this is all.

There are bedrooms because, in my game, the priest live in a monastery (a residential house) and he buy the cathedral so, when the people go there, he is.
This is all, Thank for share! Please say thanks!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Totally stunning, an amazingly made and recognizable landmark replica. For a first upload getting featured, you show a promising future here at MTS2. I hope to see more masterpieces from you soon! Thanks and great work!

^^
Bring up the cheat code box by hitting Ctrl+Shift+Space+C then type "sethighestallowedlevel #" where the # sign is, put in any number to set the highest allowed amount of floors you want.

Chartres
This remindes me of the Chartres Cathedral described in a book called "Labyrinth" by Kate Mosse. This is a beautifull church with a very interesting story.

It looks stunning, and I will download it later when my computer works normally again

The link to the Candelabra mesh seems to be dead! Any chance the lot will work without it?! Or can you link to another place to download the mesh?! This is the best Notre Dame I've seen, and I'll be so sad if that one tini mesh stops me from using this in my game!

I have no idea. . . o.o
