And just why don't you "have the guts to upload" these? (100 and 101). They are good, workable, playable homes. It takes a lot more talent to come up with a reasonably-priced starter lot than a mega-mansion with all the toys. I am mainly a player, and starter lots are the way to go. When you have these "edifice complexes" your sims need roller skates to get around.

Bravo and thank you!

Useful and nice starter cmiles

You know a site allowing re-upload of free build/buy stuff in lots ? Help us to update the list !

Very lovely house.I personally don't care if its a starter house or a mansion.I just know if I find a house pretty and inviting. This one is so nice that I suddenly need it.Thank you for sharing it with us.

I love it for three reasons
-Its not one of those oversized mansions that require medium risk hacks
-Its a cute starter home
-It's a starter home that's not 19,000$ or over .

Thanks everyone for your encouraging words! I have been in various online communities and this one is one of the best ones so far. I will continue working on more of my starter homes and middle-class homes.

Excellent work, cmiles. I really love the layout of the house and that it won't cost my sims all but 5 simoleons to buy. Keep up the great work! And Thanks!

Always,
Emma
