That's nice.
If I were a Sim, I'd live there.

Thanks

Really nicely done General I like it very much !

I have a feeling of 'deja vu' you did it very well

You know a site allowing re-upload of free build/buy stuff in lots ? Help us to update the list !

I think it's adorable! Very nice. I love the shape and walls (papering/etc) of the outside. Thank you!

That's nice lot, and nicely made...
Just a bit more info about the bath tub:
The entry grid position of the bath tub is the left one of the tap, so an easy way to fix that is to switch the bath-tub and the toilet.
Thanks...

Great lot. I thought I would just post to let you know; the house will appear in game wether you have downloaded the lot type or not. However, that lot (1x1) will not be available empty in addition to this lot.

So short of placing several St. Paul Cheataus and demolishing them to get the empty lot, it is best to download the pack. But you do NOT have to download the pack to get this lot to work.

Thank you so much for this utterly adorable little house! I just rennovated it for one of my artistic sims. She put a big photographic studio on the top floor. And I am now totally in love with this house! Here's a link to see what I did with it if you are interested. Your house features in the third chapter of a story I was writing.

I really appreciate the fact that your houses are cc free. It makes it so much easier to make the decision to download. And I can't believe you are only 15. You should become an architecht in real life - you have a gift!

Wow, I've always wondered what people do with my homes! I like what you did with it, it was real neat looking at the pictures and remembering when I built it in game, I never could have imagined how cool someone could make it. I especially liked how you put a little planter behind the staircase, when I was building it I kept trying to think of something creative to do with it but nothing came to mind. Thanks for showing me the pics!

Thanks so much! I actually like houses that can adapt to different styles of decoration so I liked it that your house was fairly plainly furnished.

I'm glad you liked my adaption. This is one of my favourite sim houses now. It just has such a friendly, sunny, happy feel to it!

You might wanna try Stellar Starters set if you haven't already, there's three starter homes about the same size of this one. They're all lightly furnished and all of 'em are pretty cute. Like this one, the cc is minimal.
