Thanks you both I made this set so hopefully I myself start celebrating my sims kids birthdays more instead of just letting them grow up without a party.

Is it actually usable (can the kids jump on it?) or is it just decorative?

Thanks for this it's great! And to the others, I'm pretty sure it's usable, since echo's is. I think it's just based on the couch, so sims can jump on it.

Is this an edible cake, or a decoration? The description isn't clear. If it's edible I'd like to know what happens when they cut it and eat it.

Yes it is usable they jump on it like a couch. And sorry I didnt give a better description the cake they use like the london cake since that's where it was cloned from. The bottom part is the only part that disappears the more they eat it the top part is decor only. So It kinda looks funny with ribbon and the top part left when they are all done eating it.
