Try redownloading and reinstalling the files from this thread, floppyboo. It's possible something got corrupted in your files. I don't think there's actually anything wrong with my files as they're still showing up fine with me (with all EPs) and they were working fine for you before. New EPs shouldn't have any trouble with these - hair works the same with EPs or without, so I think something's gone wonky with the files on your computer.

I'd appreciate it if you would be so kind as to not call me floppy, ta. Also, I mentioned when I first noticed the problem, not when it actually happened, as I'd been running a vanilla game for most of that month to enable beta testing. I hadn't gotten around to checking all my hairs for problems yet, as I haven't had the time. I found this problem by accident.

I agree that it is possible that the files have become corrupt, but my anti-viral does actually check for that, and it's given my copies of your files the all-clear. Since there has been a problem with other recolours of this hair in this age group, might it not be pertinent to double-check, just to be certain?

The black recolour in teen and adult female work fine. I have checked them and they are functioning properly. Please redownload and reinstall the files - your antivirus program may not check for a partial corruption. One or two bytes off in the part of the file that defines what mesh links to it and you'd get a "missing mesh" effect - blank head or long straight black hair showing up instead of the proper mesh.
