These look great. The Tetra is especially intriguing.

And thank you for furnishing them. There are quite a lot of available starter homes that cost just under 20k that are completely unfurnished, leaving no money for a place to sleep or food to eat.

You did it again, general! A very challenging project with a great result, 3 themed houses very well done. Victoria is really cute, but I couldn't choose the best, i like them all. Thank you .... Kiss and ciao.

These are adorable! Thank you.

See my blog for my very latest lots, including some that are not available on MTS2: Twoflower's Sims 2 Lots. Also, see what's happening in Apple Grove, my Prosperity Challenge neighborhood.

Very well done! I really enjoy the look of the Victoria and the Tetra!

You have inspired me to try my hand at something like this as well! (My houses are usually on the larger-scale!)

BTW: I loved your description of the Tetra; "make enough money to buy lights before nightfall!" Very funny! =)

Nate, these are such wonderful houses. I like the way you varied the character of each house, and am especially fond of the Mission style one.

I hope you make more and just to let you know I really love houses built on foundations. I know it makes the houses more expensive but I seem to download mostly foundation built houses somehow!

Oh WOW, I must have missed these. It is so nice to see little start homes with character.
