Lot Information:

Lot Type: Residential
Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Cost: ~ 200,000

I have created an upscale area in my neighborhood called the “Georgetown District” which has the historical flavor of the Georgian period. I have been working on a series of lots to fit in with the theme. The first lot in this series is a residential lot containing three adjacent townhouses. Essentially it is a combined household. However, I used the 4-key door to keep each townhouse occupied by individual Sims.

Each three-story townhouse has the following:

First Floor:

Entry Hall
Living/Dining Room
Eat in kitchen with island (furnished with appliances)
One Half Bathrooom

Second Floor:

Two Bedrooms
Two Full Bathrooms

Third floor:

Bonus Room /loft area

Basement

I decided to decorate the units in a neutral scheme and upload them unfurnished so that you can decorate it as you choose.

In my neighborhood, I have lined them up in rows to create a feeling of a historical downtown. I also have community lots in the same theme for shops and restaurants (those will come later.)

Custom Content: (included)

Invisible Driveway, by roddyaleixo

Georgian Paladian Windows by phoenix_phaerie – An absolutely beautiful set of Gerorgian building objects.

Simlogical 4-Key Door – This allows multiple Sim families to live in the individual units. It Works like a Charm! Thanks

I have run the lot through Clean Installer and other than the included content above, the file is clean.

Please give me your feedback as I am still relatively new at uploading content. I just wanted to give back to the community that has given everyone so much.

Enjoy!

You must have the expansion or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
  • You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

Lovely. It looks just like Georgetown in Washington DC. Except for one thing....in the real Georgetown it is impossible to find a place to park
