*EDIT* I would suggest you go to Sims 2 Graveyard if NintendoLover's link doesn't do it for you. The Boots template and mesh are very meticulous on the file names and need to be EXACTLY how they were in this, Sims 2 Graveyard has the exact files to help this...

*UPDATE* Right, none of the mesh links were working for me, and they may not have for some other people.
So, I would suggest you go to an item that already has the mesh for the boots contained in it (Which would be allowed since 2-f0r-u is retired). And so you don't have to search everywhere for a site that already has the mesh included, I've done it for you...
