Great start for a starter house! I'm downloading and will have sims moving in. This house has a lot of bang for the buck ( 'er simolean).

Perhaps a bit too much space given over to bathrooms. The one on the first floor could be a bit smaller, and - given a full bath on the first floor - maybe just a powder room (just enough room for a sink and a w/c) on the ground floor.

Ok thanks mac! I'll keep that in mind. I've uploaded only 4 other houses and both were more than a little over 20k, so I guess I'm used to large-scale bathrooms. There should be another under 20k house coming soon so watch out for it!
