This is my first upload! I hope it's not too horrible. I removed my entire downloads folder before I made it so that it would not have any hacks or anything else. There's no custom content in it whatsoever as a result (mostly because I couldn't bother trying to figure out where all my stuff came from.) It's completely furnished (the downstairs is anyway) and landscaped with maxis content. But I do recommend the Antique collections from 4everSimFantasy.com to replace what I've put in if you don't like the maxis content! I hope ya'll enjoy!

It's on the biggest lot available, and I've only furnished the downstairs. But downstairs will sleep 5 sims in the bedrooms and seat 8 in the dining room. There's a tv and 2 desks in the living room; also a chess table and 2 bookshelves. There's a nursery built for one baby (there's plenty of room for more though) and 2 bathrooms. Outside there's a greenhouse with the orchard trees in it as well as a wedding pavillion. There's a small pond on the side of the house with a bench for snuggling up in the fall. The upstairs is the same size as the rest of the house but has no rooms or furniture. I left it free for your imaginations! I think that's it... If there's any questions just ask me!
