Thank you very much! I live in a city that still has many Queen Anne style houses, and have come to adore the style. This is a beautiful example.

This is beautiful, but it has way too much custom content for my taste. Next time, use less for people that don't want to burden their games with so much, like me.

Beautiful! I love the colors and it reminds me of Charmed a lot. :]

Haha, I used many of the charmed walls I've found here for the inside. ;P Now if I could only get it featured...!

Great house. Forgive me if this sounds a bit rude, but I was wondering if you could include a labelled floorplan indicating where the four bedrooms, one bath, formal parlor and dining rooms, basement and kitchen are.

hello, me again. as before, beautiful house. magnificent craftmanship.

question; my basement is flooded and even after deleting the doors, walls, floors and rebuilding the foundation, i can't make the ground even down there. there's like a narrow trench full of water that i can't get rid of. so yeah, am i doing something wrong or is there something specific i should know?

Flooded? I'm not sure why there would be water in the basement, AT ALL, and uhm...as to the narrow trench...I honestly don't know where it could have come from. If you're trying to even out the floor for any reason, try using boolProp constrainFloorElevation false. (Remember to change it back to TRUE when you've finished.) I'm not sure what to tell you.

Default Flooded Basement
Sometimes if you put a lot with a basement too close to the water in a neighborhood, it will flood the basement. Try moving the lot to higher ground.

I've been downloading your houses all morning. Your work is unbelievably beautiful! With all of the build items that I download, I have ideas, but am not very good at the architecture. Thanks to your talent, I now have the houses that I could only imagine. Thank you!
