This would be an awesome update if you didn't remove the options of bathing pets and children, just because you think it is silly; I think it's up to each person! And it could also be funny in a morbid way. Just think about a comedy show with such a theme! I think you should add the options again.

Good Version. BUT how about a v.4, where the changes are:
1: The obility to bathe toddlers and pets are on again.
2: The tap gush BLOOD instead of WATER.
3: the puddles when they broke is blood pudles and NOT water.

I mean I have tried to fill it up and regular WATER gushes from the tap.

I discovered something funny: If you let your plantsim bathe in the tub, IT ACTUALLY FILLS UP THE WATER BAR IN THEIR NEEDS. I mean, come on, plantsims are living plants. They need WATER, BUT they CAN be satisfied with BLOOD?????.
