Hi there, thank you.

Can you explain this "special hack" to make it wear? I've downloaded but seems I can't buy it anywhere, can you explain to me how can I make it wear to my sims?
Thank you

You can't buy it, it just alters the game. Once your Sim is pregnant, they will be able to wear custom made maternity clothes, such as this.

I HAVE A QUESTION TOO!
Do you know how to make sims where regualar clothes when
they are pregnant and still look fat?
Ive seen it on legacies but i dont know how.
Also, Cute outfit!
Finally sims can look like hot mommas when they are pregnant
instead of wearing granny pants.
:D

Where do I find the hack for this dress to show up as the maternity outfit rather than the default one?

I'm not sure what you mean. You need to have a special hack (by Squinge here: http://files.sims2graveyard.com/squinge/) to have your sims wearing any outfit while pregnant.

Here's how you make sims wear custom clothes when they're pregnant.
Hold down ctrl+shift+c. A white box will appear at the top of the screen. Type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (false turns this off) Now right click on your pregnant sim. Click Spawn...Tom's Clothing Tester. A clothing rack will pop up. Click Plan Outfit...Casual1. Turn your sim so you can see their side, and the size of their belly. You'll notice that no maxis clothing, evept the base game athletic wear, will show the bump. Pick an outfit that shows it (custom outfit, but not all will work). They will not yet be wearing the clothes. Click on the clothing rack again. Choose Force Redress. TADA!!

Now don't be calling me awesome. I'm not awesome. I'm freaking fantastic!
