Bleh, oops. In my rush to get going out the door, I somehow skipped over that mesh. (think I mistook it for the toy box one

I was literally on my way out the door to go have cancer surgery the very same morning I was desparately trying to finish this. Oooof. I made it!

And now I am home in my own furniture...hooorah!

Thank you so much, and your observation about there not being much for kids is right on the mark.

I think that was one of my main reasons for wanting to do justice to this adorable and special little girl. She meant so much to a nation that was very dispirited in those days.

And too, the Sim children, even the toddlers are actually adorable little creatures, and yet when you look through the game items just for them...they kinda got the short end of the clothing rack, that is for sure.

I spent years as a Pre-School Teacher...so that is how it all ties together

I'm going to have to apologize in advance, I also did Shirley Temple, I'd been working on it all month and just uploaded it a few minutes ago. My heart sank when I saw that you had done her as well, and a very well done version at that. I hate directly competing with people. Hopefully our entries will be recognized as different enough to avoid too much direct comparison. Good luck to you!

Don't you worry 'bout that one little bit, Shirley deserves the attention, and for once, its not all about the curvey-swervey-fem-fatales in latex with gigantimous chests

Some day I'd like to make her some more costumes and cute accessories, but you never know.

Your Shirley is lovely though, and you have my well-deserved Hoooorah!

By the way, if you don't mind me asking, where did you get her pink quilt sheets?

I made them.

Ah, they're very pretty! If you have the time (I completely understand if you don't), maybe, could you please upload them?
Very nice Shirley Temple, by the way. I love your version, and Phaenoh's as well; they're both amazing!

Also, I love your scruffy teddy bear, too. :D

What a lovely work!!

You know the way it twists and turns, changing colour, spining yarns
You know the way it leaves you dry, It cuts you up, it takes you high
You know the way it throws about,It takes you in and spits you out

She's just adorable! Shirley Temple is one of my favourite Golden Era actresses! Well done! (And I agree the kid Sims are a bit too skinny!)

UPDATE: November 15, 2008

Curly Top Pink Tap Dress - Mesh correction.

I noticed a nearly imperceptible gap just above the black ribbon band on the chest area of this dress, which would appear during very vigorous movement. I made a correction to the bones for that single naughty vertice, which cleared up the matter. I have re-uploaded the corrected mesh within the Curly Top Pink Tap Dress.rar.

If you have downloaded that dress in the past, re-downloading it will fix things up fine and dandy.

This is just fantastic! I have the Shirley Temple complete DVD collection and watch it all the time, brings back the memories. Now I can use her myself. (Barring any unforeseen problems with the downloads folder) Really hoping that my game will let this work!!!
