Okay, I'm blind-- can you tell me what category to find these under in the game?

I'm excited to use them, they look great.

In decorations - wall/pictures. They should be near the beginning as they are very cheap

Well, it looks like they're just not showing up in my game. Too bad!

FYI, the only expansions I have are Uni and NL, but that shouldn't matter for this kind of item as far as I know.
