Moving to creator issues. This needs a proper description please. Nothing says what it is, what it's for, or how to use it.

These vials changes the skin that the sim is using to a new skin defined by the vial

If you kno a cc skin that you want to change your sims to this is how to do it
Skins in a bottle - send me a link to the skin and IF the creator ok's me using his/her skin I'll make a SCV for it
